Flex Lock Strap Blocks
The cheapest way to lock your guitar strap is with Flex Lock Strap Blocks. Some players have been known to use rubber washers from certain beer bottle caps to hold their straps. We’ve recreated this method with flexible, durable rubber and an easy pull tab to ensure a secure connection.
Pad Lock Strap
Pad lock Straps were also inspired by the rubber washer trick that gave us Flex Lock. But the Pad Lock strap puts its own spin on this technique by attaching the rubber piece directly to the strap, so you’ll also get a D’Addario strap and the easy security of a rubber washer.
Auto Lock Strap
Auto Lock Guitar Straps integrate strap locks with a D’Addario strap, giving players the most efficient way to fully secure an instrument. No modifications required. Simply slide the strap end over the guitar’s strap buttons, and it’ll lock in. To remove, just push up on the grey latch and slide off the end. Auto Lock works with most strap buttons on the market and comes in a variety of designs and materials to suit your style.
Dual Lock
Dual Lock is one of D’Addario’s simplest, most cost-effective options for locking your strap. Dual Lock clips over your strap and existing strap button. Dual Locks can also fasten onto your instrument cable, to help prevent it from being pulled out if you accidentally step on it.
Universal Guitar Strap Lock System
Our Universal Guitar Strap Lock System is for players who want the highest level of strap security—and don’t mind modifying their instrument to get it. Once you swap out your guitar’s end pins, you can easily secure the locks to any strap end. You can even remove them and put them on other straps.
